Agreement between User and TORVO

Welcome to www.torvo.com. The www.torvo.com website (the “Site”) is operated by TORVO. Your use of www.torvo.com is conditioned on your acceptance of the terms, conditions, and notices herein (the “Terms”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. You may not transfer your account to others. TORVO is not liable for third-party access due to theft or misappropriation. Children Under Thirteen

TORVO does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 18, you may use www.torvo.com only with parental or guardian permission.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All dashcams and car fridges sold by TORVO include an 18-month manufacturer warranty, and accessories come with a 90-day warranty. These warranties cover manufacturer defects, not damage from mistreatment or mishandling. No free returns or full refunds are offered for personal reasons or items damaged intentionally or accidentally. Customers cover costs incurred during returns. 18-Month Limited Warranty Policy

TORVO warrants products to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use for 18 months from the purchase date. This warranty does not cover abuse or accidental damage. During the warranty period, TORVO may repair or replace defective products at no charge, except for customer-incurred shipping and handling fees. Proof of purchase, including the product number and original sales receipt, is required for orders from www.torvo.com.

To start a warranty claim:

Contact customer service at contact@mytorvo.com with your order number and proof of purchase.

Follow provided instructions to prepare your product for shipment.

Once received, we’ll verify the defect and process the claim.

Links to Third-Party Sites/Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (“Linked Sites”). TORVO is not responsible for their content, updates, or practices. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. You acknowledge that TORVO may share data with third-party service providers to deliver requested products or services.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use/Intellectual Property

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use www.torvo.com per these Terms. You may not use the Site for unlawful purposes, damage the Site, or interfere with others’ use. All content, including text, graphics, and software, is owned by TORVO or its suppliers and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. International Users

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify TORVO and its affiliates for losses or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights. TORVO may assume defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you will cooperate fully.

Arbitration

Disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a neutral arbitrator via the American Arbitration Association or a similar service. The arbitrator’s decision is final, and the prevailing party may recover costs and fees. This provision survives termination of the Terms.

Class Action Waiver

Arbitration will occur on an individual basis. Class actions or representative proceedings are not permitted unless agreed to by both parties.

Liability Disclaimer

The Site’s content, products, and services are provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. TORVO disclaims liability for any damages, including indirect or consequential damages, arising from Site use, to the extent permitted by law. TORVO may terminate your access to the Site at any time without notice. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of Texas courts for disputes related to the Site.
