Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Return to Our Warehouse: Ship the product back to our designated warehouse as instructed by our team.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Quality Issues or Damaged Products

If your product arrives with damaged packaging or malfunctions (e.g., unable to power on), please contact our customer service team immediately at contact@mytorvo.com. We offer a free replacement or refund for verified quality issues or damaged products.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If canceled in time, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already shipped, cancellations are not possible.
